Chemical Delignification

Chemical delignification is a very common problem that often goes undetected. It will generally be detected on a building and pest inspection when a home is being sold or in the coarse of a timber pest treatment. If chemical delignification is identified on a pre purchase building inspection it can make or break the deal. That is where the chemical delignification specialists come to the rescue.

Powerdrive roofing have been working closely together with many building inspectors and other chemical delignification treatment specialists in Perth for many years and have now made the move to Sydney. In 2006 a treatment was perfected using a timber hardening chemical to re strengthen the timber and regain the structural integrity in your roof timbers. Weather it is for the sale to go ahead or just for peace of mind. Powerdrive roofing should top the list of people to call when it comes to the treatment of chemical delignification treament in Perth, Joondalup, Fremantle, Mandurah and any surrounding suburbs, we service Perths northern suburbs, Perths Southern suburbs and in to the Perth hills. We offer friendly and affordable pricing, starting from as little as $15.00 per sqm for basic sand and seal up to $22 Per hour for complete chemical delignification treatment.

If you are having your roof tiles cleaned & or re-coated, it is extremely important to ensure that your roof is inspected & any repairs that may be required are addressed at that time.

Even if you are not cleaning or re-coating, it is always a good idea to have a professional inspect your roof to see if there are any repairs needed. Just because you can’t see a leak coming into your home or building it does not mean that you don’t have a leak or roof damage. It’s simple, just contact Powerdrive Roofing & make a time for your free inspection.

In some cases it’s not always possible or there would be little benefit in restoring or repairing your roof, this may be due to its age, a bad job done previously or some other undetected defect.
